Experienced Estimator (Shopfitting & Joinery)

Please note: This is a full-time office-based position. Candidates must be able to work from our Wetherill Park office in Sydney. We are a growing construction company specialising in commercial fitouts and joinery, and we're looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and play an important role in preparing accurate estimates and competitive tenders. About the Role

You will be responsible for:

Reviewing construction, architectural and joinery drawings Preparing quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates Pricing materials, labour and subcontractor costs Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations Preparing project estimates and tender submissions Assisting with variations,



cost planning and project budgeting Working closely with Project Managers and the wider team What We're Looking For

Proven experience in Fitouts and/or Joinery is highly desirable Solid ability to read and interpret construction drawings Experience with quantity take-offs, estimating and tender pricing Good knowledge of construction materials and subcontractor costs Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Reliable, motivated and able to work independently What We Offer
