The firm advises high-quality corporate and financial sponsor clients across Technology, Healthcare and General Industrials, offering exposure to complex public and private M&A; transactions, and strategic advisory mandates. This chance would suit candidates with approximately 3–6 years’ M&A; experience, ideally gained within a leading investment bank or independent corporate advisory firm. Applicants should demonstrate: Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities Experience executing transactions across the full deal lifecycle The ability to manage key workstreams and support junior team members Excellent commercial judgement, communication and presentation skills The successful candidate will join a collaborative, high-performing team and work closely with senior bankers who have an established track record across public markets M&A; and broader corporate advisory.
