About the role

Western Radiology are seeking an Office Manager to join our team, providing support across our Madeley clinic. This is a full time position responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our clinic through effective office management, staff supervision, and administrative leadership. The role requires a proactive and organised professional who can balance operational priorities while fostering a positive and productive team environment.

As an Office Manager, you will oversee office systems and processes, coordinate administrative functions, support staff performance, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. You will work closely with clinic teams and management to drive operational excellence and provide a high standard of service to patients and referrers.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations and administrative procedures.

- Supervise administrative and clerical staff, including allocating workloads and monitoring performance.

- Maintain office systems, records management processes, and filing procedures.

- Assist with payroll preparation, correspondence management, and office administration activities.

- Review and approve supply requisitions and support inventory management processes.

- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and operational standards.

- Schedule and coordinate employee rosters and support workforce planning activities.

- Onboard, train, coach, and support administrative team members.

- Prepare reports, analyse operational information, identify trends, and provide updates to management.

- Assist with budgeting activities, expenditure monitoring, and achieving financial objectives.

About you

- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Practice Manager, Administration Manager,



or similar leadership role.

- Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, and developing staff.

- Robust organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Experience managing office processes, operational procedures, and administrative systems.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with reporting, budgeting, inventory control, or office resource management.

- Ability to identify process improvements and implement efficiencies across administrative functions.

- A collaborative leadership style and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
