Identify and resolve operational issues and improve administrative processes.

About you
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or senior administration role
- Solid organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in accounts, payroll and financial administration
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and business systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise, support and coordinate a team
- Proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Knowledge of HR and WHS processes is advantageous
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment will be highly regarded
