We are looking for a highly experienced Oil & Gas professional with hands-on industry experience across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream operations .

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial operations, machinery, equipment, floor-shop environments, and Oil & Gas processes . This role is focused primarily on domain and operational expertise , rather than IT or specific technology skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert Oil & Gas domain knowledge across Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream operations.
- Apply extensive experience with industrial operations, machinery, equipment, and shop-floor environments .
- Understand and analyse operational processes, workflows, maintenance, reliability, and engineering requirements.
- Work closely with business and operational stakeholders to understand requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide domain inputs for system implementation, process transformation, and operational improvement initiatives .
- Support the evaluation and improvement of existing business and operational processes.
- Translate real-world Oil & Gas operational requirements into clear business/process requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, and consulting teams.
- Contribute industry expertise to projects involving ECMS or similar enterprise systems , where applicable.

Essential Requirements

- Around 20 years of Oil & Gas industry experience .
- Strong hands-on understanding of the Oil & Gas industry .
- Ideally, experience spanning Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream environments.
- Strong exposure to machinery, industrial equipment, floor-shop/shop-floor operations , and real-world industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas operational and engineering processes.
- Ability to work with senior business, engineering, and operational stakeholders.
- Strong domain expertise and practical industry experience.

Desirable

- Experience with system implementation projects.
- Exposure to ECMS (Enterprise Content Management Systems) or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience in Oil & Gas consulting or transformation projects.
- Experience working across multiple Oil & Gas business functions or asset environments.
