We are seeking an experienced Senior OpenText Exstream Developer with experience to join an enterprise technology team supporting customer communications within the banking and financial services sector. The role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting critical customer communications including statements, notices, letters, disclosures, regulatory communications, and digital customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream 23.5.
- Work with Exstream Designer, Exstream Engine, Communication Server, Dynamic Content Management, and Output Management.
- Develop batch and real-time document generation services.
- Build and support customer statements, notices, letters, disclosures, and regulatory correspondence.
- Integrate Exstream with enterprise applications, APIs, event-driven platforms, and banking systems.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and document composition.
- Support production environments, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure communications meet regulatory, security, compliance, accessibility, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, Architects, and Testing teams.
- Contribute to Agile delivery, estimation, automation, platform modernisation, and cloud migration initiatives.

Mandatory Skills & Experience





- 5+ years of experience in enterprise document generation platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream.
- Experience with:
- Exstream Designer
- Exstream Engine
- Exstream Communication Server
- Energetic Content Management
- Output Management
- Document Composition Frameworks
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, JSON, SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience with data mapping and transformation.
- Understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns.
- Experience with Git-based source control.
- Experience delivering customer statements and regulatory/compliance-driven communications.
- Understanding of secure handling of customer information, audit requirements, and banking risk/control frameworks.
