$75,000 base + superannuation The Australian Podiatry Association is looking for an Operations, Data & Projects Coordinator to help drive delivery of our Operational Plan and strengthen how we manage reporting, data, systems and operational projects across the organisation.
APodA is Australia’s largest and oldest peak body for podiatry. Our purpose is to support people to move and thrive through life by championing the profession, promoting foot health and strengthening professional practice.
About the roleReporting to the General Manager, Operations, this is a varied and hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to work, working with data, coordinating projects and making sure things get delivered.
A key priority will be helping APodA create, generate and maintain meaningful organisational reporting, while supporting delivery of operational priorities and continuous improvement across the organisation.
You’ll work across teams and with external providers to help turn agreed priorities into clear actions, maintain visibility of progress, and improve the systems and processes that support the organisation.
What you’ll be working onYou’ll be involved in:
- supporting delivery and reporting against APodA’s Operational Plan
- creating and maintaining management reports and dashboards
- consolidating and analysing data from different systems and teams
- improving data quality and reporting consistency
- coordinating CRM review, improvement and implementation
- supporting Microsoft 365 and SharePoint improvement
- coordinating operational and cross-organisational projects
- improving processes, workflows and organisational systems
- coordinating suppliers, contracts,
licences and other operational activities.
The role will help take agreed projects from brief and requirements through to implementation and close-out, keeping actions, milestones, risks and dependencies visible along the way. What you’ll bringWe’re looking for someone with a strong combination of organisation, data and reporting capability, systems confidence and follow-through.
You’ll ideally have experience in business operations, project coordination, reporting, business analysis or systems coordination, along with:
- strong spreadsheet and data skills
- experience producing reports, dashboards or recurring management reporting
- strong project and organisational skills
- experience with CRM or other business systems and Microsoft 365
- the ability to document processes and requirements clearly
- confidence working across teams and with external suppliers
- strong attention to detail and sound judgement.
Experience with Power BI or another reporting tool, CRM implementation, SharePoint, professional associations or membership organisations would be useful, but isn’t essential. Working at APodAThis is a full-time role with a base salary of $75,000 plus superannuation, based in Brunswick East with hybrid and adaptable working arrangements.
The role requires a minimum of one day per week in the office, including APodA’s whole-organisation anchor day, with additional attendance where required for projects or operational activity.
