About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Transport Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing transport business.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring our fleet, drivers and transport operations run safely, efficiently and reliably. You will work closely with drivers, customers and management to maintain a high standard of service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day transport operations
- Plan and allocate work, drivers and vehicles efficiently
- Manage and support a team of drivers
- Monitor fleet utilisation, maintenance and vehicle availability
- Ensure all transport activities comply with NHVR, Chain of Responsibility and workplace safety requirements
- Communicate with customers regarding bookings,



deliveries and operational requirements

About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in transport, logistics or fleet management
- Has solid leadership and people-management skills
- Has experience managing drivers and a commercial vehicle fleet
- Understands Australian transport regulations and Chain of Responsibility
- Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities
