Service is the product

Excellent customer service is disappearing from most industries. Not here. Looking after the people who live in our homes, really looking after them, is the standard, and it's not negotiable.

The role

You'll work directly with the Director, run the day to day and keep our homes full and happy.

- Lead a small team: you will lead a team of 3
- Keep every room filled, and fill them yourself when needed
- Get across pricing and the market, room by room
- Run move-ins, move-outs, maintenance, contractors and cleaning
- Look after our housemates and sort out issues fairly and firmly
- Be the Director's first call for anything operational

This is a hands-on role.



Some days you'll be at a desk. Some days you'll be showing rooms or sorting out a blocked drain. If that sounds beneath you, this isn't for you.

This probably isn't for you if...

- You've run a big corporate team and think a small business will be easy. It won't be. It's more hands-on, not less.
- You want to change everything in your first month.
- You need someone checking up on you.

The package

$130,000 - $145,000 + company car + super.

Full time, we are based out of Rozelle and predominantly the Inner West. Start ASAP.

Ideally you'll need to live within 30 minutes of Rozelle. This role is on the ground across the Inner West every day, so a long commute won't work, company car or not.
