- Maintaining accurate membership, client, support group and activity information within our CRM.
- Supporting membership acquisition, retention and engagement activities.
- Sharing responsibility for incoming telephone and email enquiries from people living with Parkinson’s, families, carers, members and community contacts.
- Coordinating routine service referrals, bookings and follow-up administration.
- Supporting CRM migration, implementation and ongoing system improvements.

- Providing reliable data for management, Board, grant and funding reporting.
- Coordinating routine relationships with IT, telecommunications, CRM and other operational suppliers.
- Maintaining organisational records, registers, subscriptions, files and administrative processes.
- Identifying opportunities to automate, digitise and improve manual processes.
- Taking ownership of operational issues and following them through to resolution.
About you We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, comfortable working with systems and data, and confident taking responsibility for getting things done.
You’ll ideally bring
- Experience in operations, administration, membership services or customer/member service.
- Strong digital capability and confidence using CRM, database and cloud-based systems.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and data accuracy.
- The ability to learn, troubleshoot and improve systems and processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with operational data and routine reporting.
