Job Title: Oracle Fusion Procurement Redwood Functional / AppsTech Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional / AppsTech Consultant to support the assessment and implementation of the mandatory Oracle Redwood UI transition across the in-scope Procurement and Enterprise Contracts modules.

The Consultant will work closely with the Solution Architect and business stakeholders to assess the current Oracle Fusion configuration and existing personalisations, determine Redwood impacts, configure the Redwood experience, support remediation activities and participate in testing, UAT, training, deployment and hypercare.

This role requires strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Procurement experience combined with sufficient technical understanding to assess the impact of Redwood on customisations, personalisations, reports, workflows and integrations.

In-Scope Oracle Fusion Modules The engagement covers:

- Receiving
- Purchasing
- Supplier Management
- Procurement Contracts / Enterprise Contracts

Self Service Procurement is out of scope.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the current-state assessment of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Enterprise Contracts.
- Analyse existing Procurement configurations and business processes impacted by the Redwood transition.
- Review existing customisations, personalisations, reports, workflows and integrations and identify potential Redwood compatibility issues.
- Document impacted components, gaps and remediation requirements.
- Work with the Solution Architect to develop the detailed Redwood remediation and implementation approach.
- Perform hands-on Redwood configuration across the in-scope Procurement modules.
- Retrofit, reconfigure or support remediation of existing personalisations impacted by Redwood.




- Validate existing Procurement functionality following Redwood enablement.
- Work with technical/integration teams where existing integrations, reports or workflows are impacted.
- Support functional design and configuration documentation.
- Prepare and execute system and functional testing.
- Develop test scenarios and validate end-to-end Procurement processes following the Redwood transition.
- Identify, document and support resolution of defects.
- Support business users throughout UAT, including issue analysis and resolution.
- Support train-the-trainer activities and prepare relevant knowledge-transfer material.
- Assist with production readiness, cutover and deployment activities.
- Provide hands-on post-go-live hypercare support and troubleshoot functional issues following Redwood deployment.
- Work across the Assessment, Phase 1 and Phase 2 stages of the engagement.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional Consultant / AppsTech Consultant.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.
- Hands-on functional/configuration experience across:
- Purchasing
- Receiving
- Supplier Management
- Procurement Contracts / Enterprise Contracts
- Practical experience with Oracle Redwood UI / Redwood Experience within Oracle Fusion applications.
- Experience configuring and validating Redwood-enabled Oracle Fusion functionality.




- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion personalisations and customisations and their potential impact during a Redwood transition.
- Experience analysing existing reports, workflows and integrations from a functional/application perspective.
- Experience performing fit-gap / impact analysis and documenting remediation requirements.
- Solid experience with system testing, functional testing and UAT support.
- Ability to troubleshoot Oracle Fusion configuration and functional issues.
- Experience supporting deployment, cutover and post-production activities.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Desirable
- Previous hands-on experience with an Oracle Fusion Procurement Redwood transition or implementation.
- Experience retrofitting existing Oracle Fusion personalisations for Redwood.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting, workflows and integration capabilities.
- Experience delivering train-the-trainer sessions.
- Experience working within Australian enterprise or government environments.
