Job Title: Oracle Fusion Procurement Redwood Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Procurement Solution Architect to lead the assessment, solution design and implementation of the mandatory Oracle Redwood UI transition across the in-scope Oracle Fusion Procurement and Enterprise Contracts modules.

The Architect will provide overall solution leadership across the engagement, from initial assessment and roadmap development through configuration, remediation, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.

The role requires strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement SaaS, Oracle Redwood architecture and the functional/technical impacts of transitioning existing configurations, personalisations, reports, workflows and integrations to Redwood.

In-Scope Oracle Fusion Modules The engagement covers:

- Receiving
- Purchasing
- Supplier Management
- Procurement Contracts / Enterprise Contracts

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Redwood transition assessment across the in-scope Oracle Fusion Procurement and Enterprise Contracts modules.
- Assess the existing Oracle Fusion environment and identify functional and technical impacts associated with the move to Redwood UI.
- Develop the Redwood transition roadmap, solution approach and implementation plan.
- Define the target solution architecture and design principles for the Redwood-enabled Procurement environment.
- Review existing configurations, customization, personalizations, reports, workflows and integrations to determine Redwood compatibility.
- Identify impacted components and define appropriate remediation or redesign approaches.
- Provide architectural guidance on replacing or retrofitting existing personalizations where required.




- Work closely with Procurement functional stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the proposed solution aligns with business requirements.
- Provide solution oversight across Assessment, Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the engagement.
- Guide Redwood configuration and implementation activities across the in-scope modules.
- Review solution designs and ensure consistency with Oracle Fusion SaaS and Redwood recommended practices.
- Support resolution of complex functional and technical issues identified during implementation.
- Provide architectural oversight for system testing, functional testing and UAT.
- Support deployment planning, production readiness and cutover activities.
- Provide guidance during production deployment and post-go-live hypercare.
- Support knowledge transfer and train-the-trainer activities where required.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP / Procurement Solution Architect.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.
- Strong functional and solution knowledge across:
- Purchasing
- Receiving
- Supplier Management
- Procurement Contracts / Enterprise Contracts
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle Redwood UI / Redwood Experience and Oracle Fusion Redwood transition initiatives.
- Strong understanding of the impact of Redwood on existing personalizations and extensions.




- Experience assessing Oracle Fusion environments and developing transition/remediation roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion configuration and extension approaches.
- Experience assessing the impact of application changes on reports, workflows and integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements and current-state configurations into scalable target-state solutions.
- Experience providing architecture oversight across design, build/configuration, testing, UAT, deployment and hypercare.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with business, functional and technical stakeholders and provide senior-level solution direction.

Desirable
- Previous delivery of an Oracle Fusion Redwood migration/transition project, particularly within Procurement.
- Experience with large-scale Oracle Fusion SaaS transformation or upgrade programs.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting, integration and workflow technologies.
- Experience working with Australian enterprise or government organisations.
