Lead. Coach. Sell. Grow.

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Outbound Sales Team Leader to lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team while continuing to deliver against an individual sales target.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people leadership with personal sales delivery. You’ll play a key role in driving team performance, managing pipelines, developing sales capability and building strong customer relationships while leading by example through your own sales activity and results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Team Leadership

- Lead, motivate and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Set clear expectations around sales activity, pipeline progression, customer follow-up and sales quality.

- Conduct regular one-on-ones, pipeline reviews and performance check-ins.

- Coach team members on discovery, objection handling, customer conversations and closing strategies.

- Identify capability gaps and provide practical coaching to improve sales performance.

Individual Sales Delivery

- Own and deliver an individual sales target alongside your leadership responsibilities.

- Manage your own pipeline of leads, opportunities and customer accounts.

- Qualify, present and close new business opportunities.

- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth within new customer portfolios.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales activity information in the CRM.

Sales Operations & Performance Management

- Monitor team performance against sales targets, activity metrics and conversion goals.

- Ensure leads and opportunities are managed effectively and in line with agreed sales processes.

- Use sales data and reporting to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

- Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing and Leadership to improve processes, tools and sales outcomes.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement





- Act as an escalation point for customers when required.

- Represent the business professionally in customer meetings and negotiations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver a strong customer experience.

- Ability to analyse sales performance data and turn insights into action.

- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to balance people leadership with personal sales delivery.

- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
