We are recruiting for a Paediatric Complex Equipment Representative to join an established supplier within the Assistive Technology and Mobility sector.

This is a specialist sales role focused on working with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and other Allied Health professionals to provide complex equipment solutions for children, including seating, mobility and postural support.

The role will suit someone already working within complex rehab, assistive technology, light rehab or paediatric equipment who wants to develop further within the complex space and build their expertise across a highly specialised customer base.

The position will cover Adelaide and surrounding areas, with a strong focus on developing relationships with clinicians and supporting them throughout the equipment selection, trial and prescription process.

The Role

You will manage and develop relationships with OTs, Physios and other Allied Health professionals across the territory, working closely with them to understand individual requirements and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.

This is a combination of account management and business development, with a strong emphasis on being out in the field, building relationships and becoming a trusted resource for your customers.

You will support clinicians with product education, demonstrations, equipment trials and recommendations, while working closely with internal clinical, technical and operations teams to ensure the right solution is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with OTs, Physios and Allied Health professionals
- Develop existing accounts and identify current opportunities across Adelaide




- Conduct regular face-to-face customer meetings, demonstrations and equipment trials
- Provide product education and training to clinical professionals
- Understand individual client requirements and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
- Build relationships across hospitals, community providers, schools and private practices
- Support clinicians throughout the equipment trial and prescription process
- Work closely with internal clinical, technical and operations teams
- Maintain strong relationships with families, carers and other stakeholders involved in the equipment process

About You

You will ideally have experience within paediatric equipment, complex rehabilitation, assistive technology, medical equipment or a closely related sector.

You will understand the Allied Health environment and be comfortable working alongside OTs, Physios and other clinical professionals.

We are also open to someone coming from a Light Rehab or broader Assistive Technology background who is ready to step into a more specialised paediatric complex role.

You will also bring:

- Existing relationships with OTs, Physios and Allied Health professionals
- Previous sales or account management experience within the sector
- An understanding of mobility, seating, postural support or pressure care
- Confidence presenting products and educating clinical professionals
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A genuine interest in working within paediatric equipment
- A proactive approach to developing and growing a territory
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own customer base

$100K - $120K + Super + Fully Maintained Company Van + Commissions
