The Role
We are seeking experienced Painters to join our team, working across a range of ongoing maintenance and minor work projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out painting works to a high professional standard
- Preparing, treating, and protecting a variety of surfaces prior to painting
- Colour matching and paint mixing
- Using painting and decoration tools and equipment, safely and effectively
- Removing and reinstalling doors and window components as required
- Apply decorative finishes such as stencilling, lettering and glazing
- Maintaining a clean and organised worksite
- Adhering to all workplace health and safety requirements, including working safely at heights
Our Ideal Candidate
- A strong understanding of the painting trade, including relevant standards, codes, and industry best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A cooperative, professional, and flexible approach to work
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- A current National Police Clearance
- A current Manual Driver's Licence
- A White Card
- A Trade Certificate in Painting
- Working Safely at Heights certification
- A High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
