About the Role

You’ll work across a range of quality residential and commercial projects throughout Brisbane.

Unlike high-volume, rushed painting environments, our projects are planned, structured and quality-focused.

You’ll be supported by experienced leadership and explicit systems, allowing you to focus on what you do best — delivering exceptional painting work.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Completing preparation and painting works to a high standard





· Delivering quality finishes across residential and commercial projects

· Following project scopes, schedules and company systems

· Maintaining clean, organised and safe work areas

· Communicating with Leading Hands and Supervisors

· Taking ownership of your work and productivity

· Working as part of a professional and supportive team

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proud of their trade and takes ownership of the finished product.

You’ll have

· Certificate III in Painting and Decorating

· Proven experience as a qualified/tradesman painter

· Robust attention to detail

· Pride in your workmanship

· A professional attitude and presentation

· Strong reliability and punctuality

· Good communication skills

· Ability to follow systems and processes

· Current Australian Driver’s Licence

· Current White Card
