The role will include:
- Working in a family law team;
- Assisting the solicitor with legal administration/secretarial tasks;
- Matter and file management;
- Preparing and drafting correspondence and court documents;
- Arranging and booking travel;
- Organising conferences and appointments;
- Handling client and external associate queries via email and phone; and
- Diary management.
About you:
A successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience working in a law firm or studying law (desirable but not essential);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Robust administration skills;
- Fantastic time management and the ability to multitask;
- A great work ethic; and
- Professional manner.
Remuneration
We offer a competitive salary which commensurate with the successful applicant’s experience, skills and qualifications, with remuneration guided by the applicable classification under the Legal Services Award.
