Introduction

We are looking for a part time Lawyer (1-5 years post admission) to join our Perth team, working across workers compensation matters with Ellie McGrory.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants the flexibility of part-time work while still being involved in meaningful matters and developing their expertise.

You will be working with a leader who appreciates and understands the practical realities of balancing part-time work with other commitments.

You will have mentoring, guidance and support in your role from day one.

There is flexibility in the role: if you would like to increase your work hours over time, we will work with you to do so. Equally, we will support you if you prefer to remain part time.

About You

- Experience in workers compensation or insurance litigation required.
- Practical, client-focused problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A cooperative mindset and willingness to contribute as part of a team.
- A proactive approach, openness to feedback and genuine desire to keep developing.
- Clear, concise legal writing skills.
