Troocoo is seeking a Desktop Assessor to manage a portfolio of property claims from start to finish in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. You will identify the cause, determine repair scope and cost, and deliver high-quality customer service throughout the claims process.
The role requires experience in building/construction or home assessment in insurance, strong customer service skills, and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while negotiating scopes and costs with stakeholders.
