Bawa Trailer Parts is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team!

You'll help customers find the right trailer parts and accessories, provide product advice, process sales and quotes, and manage online orders from enquiry through to fulfilment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting customers with trailer parts and accessory enquiries
n
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable product advice
n
- Processing in-store and online sales
n
- Managing online orders and customer enquiries
n
- Preparing quotes and processing orders
n
- Following up enquiries and identifying sales opportunities
n
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
n
- Providing exceptional customer service
n
- Working with the team to ensure customers receive the right products and solutions
n

What We're Looking For

- Friendly, confident and customer-focused
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Comfortable working with customers both in person and online
n
- Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office
n
- Self-motivated, reliable and willing to learn
n
- An interest in trailers, automotive products or mechanical parts
n
n
Trailer or automotive experience is preferred but not essential. Product training will be provided for the right person.
