Training, People and Culture Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic Training, People & Culture Coordinator to join our team based at Berrinba.

n

This is a newly created role that will provide a excellent opportunity for an organised, motivated and people-focused individual who is looking to develop a career in Learning & Development, and People & Culture.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Support recruitment activities including advertising roles, screening applications and coordinating interviews
n
- Revitalise our onboarding and induction processes to ensure new team members have a positive start
n
- Support projects and continuous improvement initiatives including role profile and policy and procedure updates.
n
- Assist with the facilitation and coordination of training and development programs across the business
n
- Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including employment changes and offboarding activities
n
- Assist with Training, People and Culture communications across the workforce
n
- Support employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing and culture initiatives
n

To be successful in this role it is essential that the applicant:

n

n
- Has an energetic and proactive attitude, and is passionate about people and creating positive workplace experiences
n
- Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
n
- Has recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, Business or similar field
n
- Previous Learning and Development or HR experience will be highly regarded
n
- Is a confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
n
- Can manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
n
- Is eager to learn and develop a career in Training, Human Resources and People & Culture
