We are seeking Lead Educators, and Educators to join the Kaleidoscope Kids family.

Our beautiful, brand new centre, located in Rothwell is a 136-place, seven room centre. Our centres are family-owned, well resourced, and purpose-built to provide environments that children love to learn and grow in.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- A positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.
- Have a genuine respect for early education and the ability to build strong professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant qualifications for the position that you are applying for.




- Current Positive Notice Blue Card or Exemption
- A high level of understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Current first aid, including CPR, as well as anaphylaxis and asthma management.

Duties for this position will include:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, and children and develop robust connections within the local community
- Deliver consistent high-quality standards for centre presentation.
- Develop and implement inspiring and fun education and care programs for children.
