Job Description
City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Legal Counsel – Property to join our in-house team at Strathpine. Provide legal advice on property, planning and development matters, draft and negotiate leases, licences and covenants, and support land transactions.

You will help manage property disputes, advise on native title, and contribute to governance frameworks, with a hybrid working arrangement and a 9-day fortnight. Excellent opportunity in a growing council with a robust public service focus.
