Game Farm in Galston NSW 2159 is seeking an experienced Butcher / Meat Worker for an early-morning shift from 4:00am to 7:00am, Monday to Friday. The role offers full-time, part time, or contractor engagement in production and warehouse.

Responsibilities include portion cutting to customer specifications, bandsaw operation, boning, trimming, slicing and maintaining yield and quality while adhering to food safety/HACCP standards. Weekend work is not required.
