We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full time Cook to join our team at Momo's Hunt, a vibrant and quick-paced dining establishment known for bold Nepali flavors and high-quality dishes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-energy kitchen, a strong understanding of food preparation techniques, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in both flavor and presentation.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and quality standards.

- Cook food with regulating temperature and proper seasoning.
n
- Ensure food is presented attractively and consistently ensuring quality.
n
- Planning food preparation and coordinating cooking activities.
n
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
n
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and minimize food waste.
n
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
n
- Adapt to customer requests, dietary requirements, and special orders with precision.

- Store food in controlled temperature.

About you

- At least one year experience as a cook in a busy kitchen environment.
n
- Strong knowledge of Nepali flavors, cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high-quality standards.
n
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
n
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding food.
n
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
n
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Equivalent.
n
