Picklezone is a recent indoor pickleball centre located in Springvale, VIC dedicated to sport and creating a welcoming, active community.

We are looking for an honest, reliable, punctual and attentive person who is friendly with customers, willing to learn, and able to remain calm and professional under pressure.

n

This role may suit an experienced venue supervisor, reception, retail or customer service all-rounder who is ready to take on more responsibility and be involved in the day-to-day operation of a new venue.

n

Pickleball experience is welcome but not essential.

n

Roll key Responsibilities

n

n
- Welcoming customers, managing check-ins and responding to enquiries.
n
- Managing bookings, memberships, POS and reception duties.
n
- Maintaining venue presentation and ensuring courts are ready for play
n
- Opening and closing the venue and completing shift handovers.
n
- Coordinating social sessions, groups sessions and events
n
- Customer engagement,



social media content, events and membership growth activities.
n
- Monitoring the venue and identifying operational or safety issues.
n
- Applying venue rules politely and consistently
n
- Escalating customer, safety or operational issues when required.
n

Requirements

n

n
- First Aid/CPR is preferred, and it must be obtained before commencement.
n
- Relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, sport/recreation, reception, retail or venue operations is highly regarded.
n

Other role notes

n

n
- The role is part time/casual with approximately 10-25 hours rostered per week, depending on availability and venue requirements.
n
- The roster will include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
n
