About the Role

We are seeking a Cosmetic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, someone who brings warmth and professionalism. The ideal candidate is exceptionally friendly, highly reliable, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding client experience while being a valued part of our team.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Greet and engage clients in a professional and friendly manner
n




- Manage appointment bookings, phone calls, and email enquiries
n
- Maintain a clean, organised, welcoming reception area
n
- Support day to day clinic operations and ensure smooth client flow
n
- Provide administrative assistance to practitioners and the clinic in general
n
- Support our marketing team with social media input
n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has previous reception or customer service experience (ideally in beauty, wellness, or healthcare)
n
- Presents professionally and communicates clearly
n
- Is organised, detail oriented, and confident with admin systems
n
- Be extremely reliable and proactive, with a strong work ethic
n
- Is flexible with availability
n
- Can work between our main clinic locations,Upper Mount Gravatt, Fortitude Valley and Toowong
n
- Holds a valid driver's licence and has access to a vehicle
n
