You will work closely with our kitchen production team to ensure all finished products are packed, labelled, and stored correctly in line with HACCP and cold-chain requirements. This role suits someone organised, accurate, and comfortable working in a food-secure environment.

Key responsibilities

- Pack, label, and prepare finished patisserie items for next-day distribution
n
- Follow HACCP, food safety, and cold-chain procedures at all times
n
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across all packing tasks
n
- Conduct quality checks on finished productsKeep packing and cool-room areas clean, organised, and compliant
n
- Work efficiently within a small team to meet daily production timelines
n

About you
n

- Previous food handling or packing experience (preferred)
n
- HACCP or food safety training (advantageous)
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
n
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work 5 days per week
n
- Ability to work in a cool-room environment
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the broader production team
n
