An exciting chance has arisen for aSpare Parts Coordinatorto join ourNational Customer Service Team. This role is based in Bundambareporting toCustomer Service Manager.

The position willassist topromote our complete range of spare parts to complement ourproducts across all market sectors.

n

Some of the duties and responsibilities of the position are:

- Maintaining and strengthening current relationships with key customers
n
- Quoting, order entry and processing of orders
n
- Customer response in relation to delivery enquiries
n
- Providing technical advice to customers
n
- Following-up on outstanding quotes
n
- Arranging transportation, collection and delivery of parts
n
- Other tasks as directed
n
- Working as a team to achievecompany goals
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Spare parts and parts interpreter experience.
n
- Mechanical aptitude
n
- SAP knowledge
n
- CRM Systems Experience
n
