Kinetic IT in Melbourne is seeking a Service Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for IT users, resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. Working in a team-oriented team, you will troubleshoot a range of hardware, software, and application problems, manage tickets within service levels, and escalate complex issues as needed. A standard Monday to Friday roster applies with a 4-on/4-off rotation during peak periods.
