BSBTEC202 – Use digital technologies to communicate in a work environment

SIRXCEG002 – Assist with customer difficulties

Requirements

Current

TAE qualification

and relevant VET training/assessment experience

Strong industry experience in

administration, customer service, call centre operations, or digital administration





Demonstrated knowledge of the units listed above

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds

Robust organisational and time-management skills

A professional, supportive, and student-focused approach

Commitment to maintaining high-quality training and assessment standards
