The Cottage at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is seeking an experienced Personal Care Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, care delivery and staffing for residents experiencing homelessness with complex health needs. You will collaborate with the Cottage Care Coordinator/Registered Nurse and a multidisciplinary team to ensure protected, responsive, person‑centred care, maintain occupancy, and drive service improvements.
