Infinity Bakery opened the first organic sourdough bakery in Darlinghurst, Sydney in 1997. We use local produce and sustainable practices to craft authentic sourdough and pastries.

About the role-

We are looking for a Pastry Packer / Bakery Assistant – Part Time

Infinity Bakery is looking for a reliable and motivated Pastry Packer to join our production team at our Homebush West bakery.

This is a part time position working two evenings per week, Thursday and Friday, with a 2:00pm start and approximately 10:00pm finish.

The role

You will be responsible for packing our pastry products for customer orders, as well as assisting with some basic pastry production and kitchen tasks. This may include finishing products such as almond croissants and assisting the pastry team with general preparation and production.

What we’re looking for

- Some previous pastry or bakery experience is required
- Experience with pastry production or finishing is an advantage




- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on product quality
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable working independently
- Good hygiene and food-handling practices
- Willingness to learn and take direction

Training can be provided for the right person, particularly around our specific products, processes and packing requirements.

The position

- Part-time
- Thursday and Friday evenings
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Based at our Homebush West production bakery
- Pastry packing and basic pastry/kitchen production work
- Opportunity to develop your pastry and bakery skills
