What You’ll Be Doing:

- Preparing and executing high-quality dishes across larder, deli and pastry service sections
- Maintaining consistency, presentation, and speed during busy services
- Supporting menu execution including house made breads, pastrys and salads small plates
- Upholding food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen standards
- Working collaboratively with a tight-knit, qualified team

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (baking and pastry experience highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques




- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in peak service periods
- Positive attitude, reliability, and team-first mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
