About the Role
As Payroll Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in the Oracle Fusion implementation, focusing on payroll workstreams. You'll work closely with project and technical teams to ensure payroll processes are accurately captured, tested, and delivered.

Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document payroll business requirements for the Oracle Fusion implementation
- Partner with technical teams to translate payroll requirements into system design
- Support payroll process mapping, gap analysis, and testing activities
- Liaise with stakeholders across payroll, HR, and finance to validate solution design
- Assist with training and change management activities for payroll end users
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on payroll-focused projects
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion, ideally within a payroll implementation
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working within large, complex organisations
