Payroll Officer on the Lower North Shore for values-driven organisation
Your new company An established and growing organisation based on the lower north shore of Sydney is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their close-knit payroll team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for flexibility, a supportive environment, and the ability to work from home three days per week.
Your new role
- End-to-end payroll processing for a diverse employee workforce.
- Managing payroll queries and providing high-quality customer service to employees and stakeholders.
- Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and policies.
- Maintaining employee records and payroll data integrity.
- Supporting payroll reconciliations, reporting, and month-end activities.
- Collaborating with a small and supportive payroll team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous end-to-end payroll experience within a medium to large organisation.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards,
and payroll best practice.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ADP will be highly regarded.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.
