Title: People and Culture Business Partner

Employment: Full time / Ongoing

Salary: $120,000 per annum (plus $15,900 NFP Salary Packaging)

About the role

Offering genuine breadth and depth, this role combines complex case management, strategic workforce planning and partnership with leaders through large-scale organisational change.

You will help shape fair, practical and sustainable workforce outcomes while gaining broad exposure across the industrial relations landscape. The experience and capability developed will provide a strong foundation for future leadership opportunities.

Reporting to the National Manager, People Operations, you will be supported by a national team of People and Culture specialists.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Lead strategic workforce planning and roster reviews across a national, 24/7 timesheet-based workforce of Disability Support Workers, including consultation, redeployment and change implementation.
- Partner with leaders on complex employee and industrial relations matters.
- Manage performance, disciplinary, grievance and workplace investigation processes.
- Support enterprise agreement planning and negotiations, union engagement and agreement implementation.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:

- Demonstrated experience as a People & Culture Business Partner with strong case management experience
- Sound knowledge of legislative frameworks applicable to employment arrangements (NES, Enterprise Agreements, FW Rulings), SCHADS desirable




- Experience in industrial and employee relations, including high-level negotiation and dispute resolution skills, within a complex organisational environment
- Knowledge and experience in strategic and operational Human Resources requirements including employee relations, safety, employee engagement and development, and change management.
- High level written and spoken communication skills, including demonstrated ability to coach and be a knowledgeable resource
