We're partnering with a global manufacturing business to recruit a People & Culture Business Partner, supporting a diverse client group of around 75-80 employees across technical, professional, and R&D-focused; functions. Partnering closely with leaders, you'll play a key role in shaping culture, enhancing capability, driving performance, and supporting business outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, providing strategic people advice, managing complex employee matters, and helping organisations successfully navigate change.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned to business objectives
- Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations and leadership capability
- Support organisational change, restructures and transformation projects
- Drive talent, succession and workforce planning initiatives
- Foster a positive, high-performing and cooperative culture
- Analyse people trends and provide commercially focused recommendations
- Work closely with specialist P&C; teams to deliver consistent people outcomes

About You

- 5+ years' experience in a HR Generalist,



HR Advisor or Business Partner role
- Strong employee relations and performance management experience
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
- Able to build credibility quickly and provide pragmatic advice to leaders
