About This

Elevated Work Waves works in partnership with a global leader in personal and leadership development, providing established programs, training, mentoring and support.

We're looking for capable, motivated people who want to build a flexible online opportunity while continuing to grow personally and professionally.

You don't need a particular qualification or job title. Your experience may have come from education, community services, healthcare, hospitality, trades, operations, management, small business or somewhere completely different.

What matters is what you've developed along the way - your communication skills, ability to connect with people, initiative, resilience, organisation and willingness to learn & grow.

What You'll Do

- Respond to enquiries through established online systems
- Have genuine, structured conversations with people who are interested in personal and professional development
- Follow up with people who have expressed interest
- Introduce people to relevant development programs
- Build professional relationships
- Take part in ongoing training and mentoring
- Set goals and manage your own activity
- Develop your communication, relationship-building and business capabilities

You won't be expected to have all the answers. You'll have training,



systems and ongoing support to help you learn the process.
