This well-established Bank is looking for a Personal Banking Advisor to join their experienced team in Preston. The goal is to help customers achieve their financial goals by connecting them with the right products and services.

Your new role

- Delivering a high level of customer service in the branch by understanding customers’ individual needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Providing information and assistance on all financial service products including wealth, insurance, and personal loans
- Completing initial applications for personal loans & credit cards
- Opening/closing general accounts and assisting with other product queries
- Working closely with the team and always putting the customer first whilst working to targets

What you'll need to succeed
- A motivation to learn, a passion for banking and excellent customer service skills.
- You will be a robust decision maker and problem solver.




- Comfortable talking to people and building strong relationships.
- Reliable and hard working with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work efficiently as part of a team.

This is a role that will require you to have full availability to work across Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5pm.
