Join the dedicated team at Kallara Care' as a part-time Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in Bendigo, VIC. In this key role, you will provide exceptional care and assistance to our aged and disabled clients, helping them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting clients with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility

2. Providing social and emotional support to clients, engaging them in activities and companionship

3. Monitoring client health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team

4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client care

5. Adhering to all organisational policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

1.



Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent qualification

2. Previous experience working as a PCA or in a similar caregiving role

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a caring and empathetic approach

4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions

5. Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care

6. Current First Aid and CPR certification

7. Victorian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

8. NDIS Worker Screening Check
