In this role, you will inspire, motivate, and empower a dedicated team of early childhood professionals to deliver excellence every single day. Must haves

n

- A proven track record or delivering exceptional results in a centre
n
- Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education leadership role
n
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
n
- Current Qld Blue Card.
n
- Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including administration, health and safety, compliance, and staff development, ensuring the highest standards are met.

- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, manage staff rosters and ratios, and maintain robust supervision.

is a long-standing, community-focused service located opposite Leichhardt State School, caring for 75 children from birth to school age.
