Job Description

We are looking for a resilient and detail-oriented Intake Officer to join our team and support injured workers predominantly in the construction and commercial industry through early intervention, Return to Work (RTW) support, and Lost Time Injury (LTI) prevention.

This role is perfect for someone with a medical or health background (e.g. Medical Receptionist, EN, RN, Allied Health Assistant, or similar) who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and the grit to navigate challenges with confidence.

About the Role:

n

Be the first point of contact for injured workers and employers who have sustained a workplace injury

n

Conduct intake and injury triaging with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.

n

Coordinate with injured workers, medical practitioners, supervisors, and allied health providers to ensure smooth and timely RTW pathways.

n

Input data,



maintain compliance records, and support proactive injury management.

n

Contribute to positive outcomes by keeping workers engaged and preventing long-term absence.

n

Provide return-to-work and injury management support to employers as required.

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Health or medical background (e.g. allied health, EN, RN, medical admin, or related).
n
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
n
- Explicit and confident communication skills.
n
- Grit, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure in a quick-moving industry.
n
- Familiarity with RTW, injury management, or workers compensation (desirable but not essential).
