YOMG is expanding to Western Australia and seeks an experienced Full-Time Prep Manager to lead the kitchen at YOMG Galleria. You’ll oversee prep, production and inventory, set standards, and train the Prep Team for day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a secure daytime roster (Tuesday to Saturday, 9am–5pm), no evenings, and the opportunity to launch and grow YOMG in WA while delivering quality food and guest satisfaction.
