NSW Rural Fire Service is seeking an Operational Officer Level 3/2IC to support the Southern Tablelands District. You will provide leadership, coordinate daily team activities and help strengthen preparedness and resilience across Fire Control Centres in Yass, Goulburn and Crookwell.

The role requires solid leadership, conflict resolution, risk management and emergency services experience, with a focus on community safety and incident coordination.
