We are seeking a reliable and organised Bookkeeper, BAS Agent or Accounts Administrator to join our friendly team on a part-time basis.

Location: Salisbury, Queensland (Onsite only)
n Hours: Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30/9:00 am - 2:00 pm (school hours)
n Employment Type: Part-Time, Permanent

About the Role

n

We are seeking an organised and reliable Bookkeeper, BAS Agent, or Accounts professional to join our team on a part-time basis, working onsite at our Salisbury office. This role would ideally suit someone seeking flexible school hours, such as a parent returning to work, or anyone looking for a genuine part-time position with a supportive team environment.

Experience within the building and construction industry is highly regarded, though not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

n

Checking, actioning, and triaging incoming emails

n





Liaising with customers and suppliers in a professional manner

n

Full-function accounts receivable and accounts payable

n

Working alongside internal staff and external stakeholders to manage and track retentions

n

Providing administrative support to the Director as required

n

About You

n

Previous experience in bookkeeping, BAS preparation, or accounts administration

n

Background in the building and construction industry preferred, but not essential

n

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

n

High attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills

n

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

n

A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
