What we're looking for

n

n
- Previous leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality venue
n
- Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
n
- The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
n
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance
n
- A hands-on leadership style
n
- Passion for delivering great customer experiences
n
- Current RSA, RSG and relevant qualifications for the role
