What You'll Do

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and productive production.

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting, with training and support provided where required.

Learn and understand the operation of laminating and screen-based equipment.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work environment.

Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and quality standards.

Continue developing your skills through hands-on training and ongoing learning opportunities.

What We're Looking For

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
n
Previous machine operating experience is an advantage but not essential.
n
Good attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
n
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
n
A positive attitude and mechanical aptitude that will support your success in the role.

Pay Rate
n
Junior Machine Operator: $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience and aptitude.
n
Mature Machine Operator: $28–$35 per hour, depending on skills, experience, and capability.
