The Role

n

As a Trainer & Assessor, you'll work directly with apprentices and employers, delivering practical training and assessment across Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrotechnology.

n

You will:

n

- Deliver on-site training and assessment in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and/or Electrotechnology
n
- Mentor apprentices through their trade journey
n
- Build strong relationships with employers to support apprentice progression
n
- Conduct workplace visits and practical assessmentsHelp shape the future of the trade through quality, industry-relevant training
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and/or Electrotechnology
n
- Restricted Electrical Licence
n
- Current industry experience and robust technical knowledge (3 years post trade experience)
n
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122/TAE40116) — or willingness to obtain, with Get Skilled Trainings support
n
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Agenuine passion for mentoring and developing tradespeople
