Mercure Gold Coast is seeking a Restaurant & Bar supervisor to oversee operations at The Green Dining, ensuring exceptional hospitality and service for every guest. You will lead the F&B; team, train staff, and uphold a positive culture within a beautiful Gold Coast resort setting.
